SPRING-SUMMER 2009

Markam Fashion opened on the 27.07.08 the trend fashion show at the European biggest international fashion CPD in Düsseldorf. The Bulgarian Fashion house was among the 6 brands , selected by the organizers to participate in the show. Two German, two Dutch, one Belgian firms and Markam Fashion were chosen to demonstrate their models from 1750 companies with own booths at the fair. Markam Fashion was the brand with the most outfits on the stage to present to the professionals the trends for Spring/Summer 2009. Ten outfits of the chief designer Nikolay Buzov started the show and pointed out the accents of the theme Urban Mix. The conception of the second theme in the show Arty Jet Set began with the 6 outfits of the young designer of Markam Fashion Iva Stancheva.

More than 180 journalists from all over the world reported the spectacle for the international medias. Barbara Pasquini from the famous trend magazine Collezioni came to the stand of Markam immediately after the first show and asked the owner of the company Kamen Obreshkov and the two designers for an interview. Impressed by the style of Markam, Mrs. Pasquini was confident that the history and the philosophy of the brand should be published in the next edition of the Collezioni. The trend catwalk show was done twice a day every day from the 27.07.08 to the 29.07.08 at the fair in Germany.

Markam Fashion will continue in August with the fashion shows of its new collection on the defiles of the international fairs in Salzburg, Brno and Moscow.  The boots of the brand can be visited also in the Mode centre in Vienna, at the fairs in Belgrade, Sofia and Zagreb.
