MARKAM FASHION made a present to the young talent Ivan Staykov, introducing him to the great Bulgarian violinist and conductor Stefan Kamilarov
The world known violinist and conductor Stefan Kamilarov met in person the young musician Ivan Staykov, who is the first supported by the management of Markam talent in the launched since March campaign, that will promote gifted young Bulgarians.
The aim of the meeting, held in the factory of Markam, was the discussion of the future plans of Ivan Staykov. He opened the gathering with the performance of “Chaconne” from Tommaso Vitali and then Ivan and Mr. Kamilarov for several hours have talked over the progress of the junior player. Maestro Kamilarov was pleasantly surprised by the abilities of Ivan Staykov and gladly agreed to personally consult him in his musical career.
Ivan said that the 3 hours spent with Stefan Kamilarov were fruitful, fulfilled with magic, and last but not least very enjoyable.
“These are unforgettable moments for me and from the bottom of my heart I would like to express my gratitude to maestro Kamilarov and to Mr. Kamen Obreshkov, Director of Markam, whom I own the honor to get acquainted with one of the stars of the world musical stage.
One of the first steps of the collaboration between the two musicians will be the unique cat walk show of Markam in 2008 that will include the participation of Ivan Staykov. The opera prima Anna Veleva, who recently became the publicity image of the fashion house Markam is invited as a special guest to the spectacle.
The exciting meeting has stimulated Ivan Staykov to take part in the international contest “Hopes, talents, masters” in the Black sea resort Albena during the first half of September with exactly the same musical composition “Chaconne” from Tommaso Vitali.
In the beginning of October, the management of Markam will announce the name of the second candidate in the campaign for sponsoring young talented Bulgarians.
